Monsoon Detox Panchakarma/ Karkitaka Chikitsa Package

Our treatment plan is generally of two ways

1. Detoxification and Rejuvenation

2.Disease related cure

Although two different packages are mentioned, we usually go for a tailor made package, which includes the benefits of both and befits the need of person.

* The package rate, on per day per person basis is 3000 INR.

Package includes

1.Accommodation in a non A/C lake view cottage.

2.All meals ( Vegetarian ),defined as Breakfast , Lunch , Dinner.

3.One session of major Ayurvedic therapy consisting 1 to 1.5 hours ,per day.

4.Doctors consultations.

5.All medicines being used during treatments + internal medicines along with treatments.

* We suggest you a minimum stay of 14 to 21 days for best experience

* *Our serene environment with lush greenery  itself provide you surplus positive energy 🙂 Even then you may have outings in the evening exploring the beauty of Kerala villages, temples and churches around.

*  Extra sessions of  treatment will be decided only after consultation

* Here we provide only non AC rooms for patients because from our

experience taking rest in AC rooms after treatment causes sinusitis, running

nose, headache sneezing etc and other related problems and it may also

cause an increase in rheumatic pain in Patients.

* Yoga classes may be arranged on demand .

* We have WiFi access in office premises only and is free of cost

* Sarovaram is not a beach resort, but it is a beautiful lakeside Ayurvedic health center at Ashtamudi.
